i am almost 14 and i like this guy who is 21. i know i am too young right now, but when i become older, should i make a move? if so, what age?

you shouldn't make a move at all. If when you are a bit older he is attracted to you he will make the first move and in the meantime you will find others you may find more attractive. Don't be in too much of a hurry to grow up and get into a relationship because you can see from other questions here how often getting into a relationship too soon brings only problems and hurt.

if its a celeb, dont do it just for the $. if your kidding i kind of laughed at first, but if not i actually didnt laugh o.0! and really when your old enough hell be old and gross or atleast boring and if you move too quick, well he'll be taking a free government sponsored vacation for a very very very long time.

If you just "like" him, then I'd say don't bother, find someone more your age. If you're feelings are strong for him and he feels the same, well, feelings like that stand the test of time, wait until you're 18.

i don't think you should make a move. sooner or later, you will fall in love with someone else, or he'll fall in love with someone else. if you desperately love him, then make a move on him when your 16-18.
