Personality and education is key if you dont have that you dont have anything at all. But no offense to anybody like this, but only self absorbed people will think that looks are all that matters
Dont get me wronge though, looks do matter just not as much as personality..to me

I would say:
1. Personality
2. Education
3. How much love he has for me
4. How he handles things
5. What kind of temper does he have
6. If he is nice and care about things
7. Attitude
8. If he remains cool and doesn't get mad alot
9. How he can put up with other people

Looks are what gets the guys attention. Personality which would kindness and intelligence is what keeps the guy there.

depends for everyperson.........for me its personality......but i'd still like for my guy to have looks
