No one would get nasty, rude or give a horrible response back for asking? Is there a perfect question for this forum? Is it possible to actually answer without grumbling?

Honey, it is not possible to have perfection in an imperfect world. Satan is around every corner trying to attack Christians and attack God. He works through nonbeleivers. The nonbeleievers come here to this site to try to steal our joy.

This is a very open forum that will attract people of all types and ages. People with bad attitudes will say bad things. I think you will always have to sift through to separate the wheat from the chaff. Just accept this as something you can't change and make the most out it.

I asked one about Judas Iscariot that was inoffensive to everyone and was aimed at nudging the curiosity of christians, atheists and everyone inbetween.

The problem is too many questions are more like statements where the only question is 'disprove me if you can' and where the questioner has made up their mind anyway - or where its offensive in detail.

You could ask.." Is God spelled with a 'G'? and "Is religion a "noun"? without expecting a great deal of grumbling... although there would likely still be some.

Probably depends on a few different factors...

How is the question asked, does it avoid offending anyone (i.e. talking against them, demanding who can and can't answer, etc), and if people have a sense of humor if someone is only trying to keep it light and its not actually offensive.

I will give that one some more thought, Much to much rebellion and so many are in the critical and cynical mode, which includes, cussing and obscenities. "With God everything is possible.." Let us pray about it. God bless you and Happy new Year.

What did you have for breakfast this morning? That might just do it, although somebody would probably reply that eating breakfast is the devil's work.
