Bahai, for one...
Islam of course
Unitarian Universalism
Buddhism
Panthiesm
A few of the modern religions such as Course in Miracles, Spiritualism, and Eckankar
But there's a problem in your question. There are many religions which define prophets far more liberally than traditional Christianity (which accuses any non-sanctioned prophet as being demonic), but how do you define a prophet?
In "Sounds of Silence", Simon and Garfunkel said, "the words of the prophets are written on the subway walls and tenement halls" makes for nice poetry but think about it. Most of what I've seen written on subway walls etc hardly qualifies as prophecy in my book. Many minor religions consider their founders prophets while most people may have never heard of them or if they did would not agree that the person is a prophet. (Marcus Garvey comes to mind.)
In any big city there's a homeless man who wanders the streets in a long unkepmt beard and ragged clothes, and shouts incoherently at the sky. People affectionately call him "the prophet" but I don't think anyone actually looks to him to interpret dreams or fortell the future. Some religions, such as Buddhism and UU, may respect such a "prophet" because they respect all humans and all sentient beings as holy. Such religions respect wisdom in all of its sources, and so respect all prophets for that reason, but I doubt if they'd ask "the prophet" to lead them in formal prayer. So it all depends on what you mean by prophet.

If Islam respects all prophets, why are Islamics and Buddhists fighting in Thailand.

Do Shi'ites accept all Caliphs?

Do Sunni accept ALL Caliphs?

Are they not prophets!

The Baha'i Faith.

Not only do we respect Them, we love Them and believe They are manifestations of God Himself sent to mankind in a progression throughout human history (about every 500-1000 years).

Welcome to investigate.

Christianity only respects those prophets that the catholics of old deemed worthy of inclusion into the "Bible"
Islam recognizes and respects them all.. Including those that wrote the "othe books" of the bible that the modern day christians refuse to acknowledge
