I think I drunk a bit too much over Christmas so I've not drunk that much tonight!!
I will raise a glass when Big Ben strikes in the New Year and wish all you a Happy 2007.
It's been fairly quiet outside so far but I've just heard the first firework go off as I am typing!

This year I had the joys of an abcess and so have been knocking back the anti-biotics and painkillers.
However i'm almost drunk of the fumes from next doors punch. I had better not go over there with a ciggie.

Its 11:30 in the morning here and ive already celebrated New Year. But i didnt drink last night seeing im 9months pregnant with my first baby. Regardless of that, it was the first year my partner didnt drink either on NYE. He said he didnt want to drink because he wanted to support me. I thought it was such a lovely gesture.
Besides, why do you need to get drunk to celebrate New Year? Its all about having fun and saying goodbye to the previous year. If you need alcohol just to have "fun" there definately has to be something wrong with that person.

I don't drink. Why anyone wants to get drunk is beyond me--why lose control? Now if you like the taste 1 or 2 . . . but I'd rather eat my calories :)
