its about seeing if you can build a true foundation in the relationship can you grow and learn a person from the inner.. Its what you gain and respect as a person as a whole you will have something priceless if you will learn to look at the inside of a person rather than the skin of a person

OK, I hate to be the shallow one in the bunch, BUT:
While looks aren't everything, they are important. I'd say 50-50. You wouldn't date a person that totally stimulates your mind if that someone looks like Freddy Kreuger. At the same time you wouldn't date the most beautiful, gorgeous dumbass either. You have to be physically AND intellectually attracted to anyone you date. So, no. It's not everything, but it is important.

I think that of course you should look good but, what should really happen in dating/relationships should be that he should like you for who you are , not because your cup size is d36 or because your a large because your but is big, so don't lock yourself in that you have to be prettty to get a boyfriend, if a guy really likes yolu he's gonna ask about you NOT see what u have in front or behind , AKA: looks are not everything in dating

90% of the answers show that they don't have a clue!!!
There has to be attraction before one finds out whether the other has the 'inner' beauty one wants. Without that attraction you never get a chance to show 'what you got'.

Absolutely NOT. Looks may be important, but personality is more important. Ladies, if you think looks are everything, try dating a gorgeous guy with a personality of a tree-stump, and see how long it lasts..

I think it depends on what kind of person you are dealing with. If you are dealing with someone who has only sex in mind, it may somewhat makes a different.
But for a long term relationship seeking people, it should not makes too much different. Because it will takes more than one date to see through someone.

No absolutely not they do matter if you are a stuck up person and are not looking for a relationship and just for a one night stand, but for a good relationship all that matters is there personality and there sense of humor .

well that depends on you i think its shallow to judge somone just by there looks but i mean its your call why dont you tell me do you judge a man by his looks. see the problem with that is that u might be passing up a person who would make u happy and not even know it
