confident. after deleting the documents of your determination, run a the disk defrag software and specify delete empty area' (or some word like that - it will bounce out at you once you run defrag. This removes any and all fragments of erased documents.

if you are really want to destroy the files format the hardrive compleatly but for specific filles all you can do is erace it and then empty the recycle bin.
