God made us perfect. We're the numbskulls that screwed it up. The Bible was written by men, being told what to write by God, like divine dictation. It has been translated and interpreted by men, but what we have currently is still miraculously close to the oldest existing copies.

"With perhaps a dozen...exceptions,the text of every verse in the New Testament may be said to be so far settled...that any dispute as to its readings must relate rather to the interpretation of the words than to any doubts respecting the words themselves. But in every one of Shakespeare's 37 plays there are...a hundred readings still in dispute, a large portion of which materially affects the meaning of the passages in which they occur."

So, no I wouldn't agree.

What you start out with and what you conclude from it is faulty.

You have set up a hypothesis that guarantees that the Bible must be faulty.

No, I do not agree.

Your argument is basically this: the more hands in the pot, the worse the stew.
You do not take account for the fact that some men's minds are like Bill Gates.
They are extremely brilliant in their area of expertise.

The translators of the Bible know their linguistics better than anyone else. That is why they were chosen.

What are you talking about? Satan has your mind twisted. Who ever said man has a faulty mind? We have sin on our soul...is that what you mean? How can you confuse the mind, the physical sense with the spirit/soul? You really are mixed up. God is divine...he is not human or ever been human. He is a supreme supernatural spirit. He is in no way faulty. Are you on drugs?

Have you ever read the Book of Jeremiah? Chapter 1 verse 9, "Then the Lord put forth His hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put My words in your mouth." In the Bible God says He will confuse the minds to make us do things that He wants done. It is a well known part that God hardened the heart and mind of Pharaoh in the Exodus so that Pharaoh would not let the children of God go. God created Adam and Eve perfect without fault, but Satan tempted Eve and Adam and Eve ate of the tree and disobeyed God. God told them they would die and they did. From that moment on Adam and Eve were dead in sin and bound for hell. They lost eternal life. Their sin caused the entire earth to suffer, ground, trees, animals and all. The serpent (snake) who allowed Satan inside lost his legs and had to crawl on his belly. God said "I will put enmity between Satan and the woman, and between Satan's seed and the woman's seed; it shall bruise thy head, and you shall bruise His heel." Christ will ultimately deliver the death blow to Satan, but on the Cross He crushed Satan by taking sin away so we can have eternal life back with God. Eve also suffered pain in child birth but God promised redemption through her seed Who was Christ.

The Bible is worded and put together grammatically by God, but interpreted and preached by man's mind. God said "His Word does not return void." God said, "I am God, I do not lie." God said, "heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away." Matt.24:35 God said, "the Scripture cannot be broken."

God's word is so protected that every prophecy in it has come true or will come true in the future. I serve a God who is more than able to protect and preserve His Bible. Even Satan shows more respect for God's word than do unbelievers. Three times Jesus said, "It is written" and 3 times Satan backed down. Not once did Satan doubt the Word of God.

Judgments will come because our earthly behavior must conform to God's heavenly standard. God's heavenly standard are the decisions that God made as the Most High Judge. He is the only Judge we know, who has the power to enforce every decision He has made. All of God's decisions are indisputable, perfect, accurate, the truth and need no defense. God can't lie.
God's word is a promise that cannot be broken. God said, "The Scripture cannot be broken." John 10:35

Man's faulty mind didn't write the Scripture. Man put it on paper for God and that is all.

Where are you getting the "faulty" argument?? Man's mind is not faulty....we are fallen, which is a spiritual problem - not one of the mind.

The Bible was inspired by God, He directed all of the writing. It is perfect, infallible, inspired. Why don't you try reading it?
