I love the soup at Olive Garden called Zuppa Tuscana and I would love to make it at home. Also there are tons of meals I love out but would like to make at home any websites or suggestions. Thanks

I have a book that lists that! You can search for it by typing it in as Zuppa Tuscana recipe, but here it is:
2 3/4 Cup chicken stock or broth
1/4 Cup of heavy cream
1 Med russett potato
2 Cups of chopped kale
1/2 lb spicy italian sausage
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Combine stock and cream in saucepan over med heat
Slice unpeeled potato into 1/4 inch slices, then quarter the slices and add them to the broth.
Add kale
Grill/saute sausage, after it cools crumble/slice it and add to soup.
Add spices and let simmer 2 hrs

Do a web search of either copycat recipes or go to www.topsecretrecipes.com and they have loads of choices. I found one for KFC coleslaw that taste like the real thing!
