Well, what exactly do you mean?
Teens for the most part aren't mature enough to be parents. Teens are still maturing and learning about life and themselves. Adding a baby to that mix, in my opinion, makes life so much harder and more complicated!
Parenting requires a lot of sacrifice, patience, tolerance, flexibility, and the wisdom to know how to balance your priorities. Your life is no longer carefree or simple. And it will never be "all about you" again for a long, long time!
With all that said, I think becoming a parent in one's teens is a big mistake. That's not to say, 'tho, that it's not something you can work out. I work at a high school and on occasion have seen a girl become a mom and do a fairly good job of it. It's nothing I'd ever recommend, 'tho!

Most of the time are irresponsible and self-centered, and don't care about anything but getting back into party mode and dump their babies off with their parents! But there are good teen moms out there like ME! I'm 19 and think I'm a better mom then some 30 year olds. The problem with teen parents is that they just arent ready. I got all my partying done with, I graduated high school, I have a husband, I'm out of my parents house, I went to college, I have a career as a Medical Assistant, and am going back to school to move up ladder.
Most teen parents are stupid but there are some out there that have there head on right!

All I got to say is it takes a lot of hard work and patience and sacrifice to be a mom period.....and being a teen parent is even more difficult. There are a lot of obstacles you have to overcome!
I don't recommend it but if it happens be prepared for a long journey.........

in this day in age.... no teen should be a parent... stay in school, get your education... live a little then... get married and raise your family.
