Salaam Adeeba,

You seem to have alot of questions about Islam--alhumdullah.
I just responded to your other question about making Wudu. Morning prayer (Fajr) is 2 rakats outloud...Afternoon prayer (Zur) is 4 silent, then late afternoon (Asr) is 4 silent, then (Magrib) Sunset is 3 (2 outloud 1 silent), then nightime (Isha) is 4, (2 outloud, 2 silent I think).

Please go to Islamicity to re-fresh your memory. Then look up "mosque locater" and go the the nearest Mosque. Mosques usually have classes on different days of the week. You should go and ask questions and meet other Muslims.

Salaam and Welcome Back to the Deen for 2007!!!

fajr has 2 raaka, dhur is 4 raaka, asr is 4 raaka , maghrib is 3 raaka, ishaa is 4 raaka. it is important to do the witr prayer which means the odd one, i personly like to wake 2 hours before fajr, do tahajjud , then pray 1 raaka for witr
