What do you mean, by returning after crossing over? Like near-death experiences, or like reincarnation? Your ? is kinda vague... I believe I have live several times before- as a 16th C sailor who died in a shipwreck, RAF fighter pilot in WWII, lace weaver in 18C Spain (not sure about that one, but I was an avid embroiderer or weaver in at least one past life), perhaps even a Celtic shamanic priestess during the Roman era.

Have any of us returned after crossing over?
Or are we being haunted by a spirit?

No.
And neither have a I ever met a person who did experience it. All I have heard is unsubstantiated stories and theories......mostly on TV shows which pretend they know something.

I believe this (refer to my most recent question). I wasn't raised to believe in reincarnation, but it explains a lot to me.
