regardless if you are shredded at 5% body fat or well defined at 10% body fat. it's always better to have muscle proportion as this reduces injury from muscle imbalances.

it kills me when I see guys in the gym with arms as big or bigger than their legs!

How did you get a 8 pack chest? I have heard of a 6 pack abdomenm, but you would have to cut your chest with a knife to get that effect

Having your body be proportional and cut is usually the best looking.

When one area or feature overwhelms the rest of your body (e.g. big chest with stick legs) then it really detracts.

Go for being ripped all over and then working on building everything in sync.

Just built and strong...girls dont really care much about 6 packs...sometimes a little belly is cute
