I know there is other stuff, like exercising and eating healthy, but I have drunken (not sure if thats the right tense) both for a long time and I was going to start by giving up one of them but im not sure which one is worse for me.....Thanks!

Diet coke is fine (calorie wise). If you're going to drink tea drink it with a zero calorie sweetener like Splenda or better yet stevia, which is an herbal supplement and not made of chemicals like most artificial sweeteners. Either that or cut down on the amount of sugar in your tea gradually until you don't need any at all. If you have milk in your tea use skim (non-fat) milk.

If you are looking to lose weight giving up the sweet tea would be the best choice because it adds lots of empty calories to your diet while Diet Coke does not.

i am guessing that sweet tea has more sugar in it. neither one of them is fatty, but diet coke does have artificial sweeteners and also caffeine in it, but that just might be the thing that you need to help you diet/stick to a diet. it worked for me, but i drank diet dr. pepper because it tasted so much like the original that it really helped me out. tea is supposed to aid in weight loss but also caffeine is supposed to slow it down, so whatever works for you! good luck!

I'd give up the Diet Coke, diet pop is worse than regular pop. Try giving up both and drink water.

give up the sweet tea, I'm guessing it has sugar and therefore more calories.

sweet tea is SUGAR SUGAR SUGAR... which means CARBS CARBS CARBS.... and the bad kind.

Diet Coke "better" for you... (unless we find out the artificial sweetener is bad for you in a few years).
