I began to exercise but i really have see no improvement in that area how to i lift and tone it without minimizing it?

resistance training and some form of high intensity interval training like HIIT cardio. resistance training will help strengthen the muscles in the glutes and quads will interval training will help to elevate the metabolism to reduce body fat...

there are some exercises that do it. For example, the squats (all of them) and the "superman", but also the bridge on the stability ball, check the link.

I don't know which exercises you are doing... however, remember that it might be the case that you see no improvements because you might have some fat to lose in that part of your body, fat that is *covering* your improvements.

Our coach makes us do these things where we tighten all that crap up for ten seconds then release, because much longer than that at a time will pull something. Being a dude, I never looked to see how effective it was but it's worth a try.
