No! Cats see colors and are very attracted to blue and green, using jagged patterns of these two in their toys or play area (Such as rugs, toys or painted walls) is exciting and stimulating for your cat! My children paint and color cardboard boxes in and out with these colors and then cut out small holes for pawing, and larger holes for peeking and climbing through for our loved feline. The color red is not seen by cats though!

Cats can see in color.Cats are partially color blind. They have the equivalency of human red/green color blindness. (Reds appear green and greens appear red; or shades thereof.)

They say cats can`t see purple and red.But I think they can.Maybe they see an extra color.
