They may need a slightly longer cooking time - use a toothpick to test the middle of one next time. it should come out clean.
All cake relax from the temperature change and some may have air pockets from beating ingredients which when out of the oven will sink.

I do quite a bit of baking and I think that any type of shaking of jarring of any sort may cause them to fall. When you bake people often forget about COC or Carry-Over Cooking. Most of the time your food is still cooking once you take it out of the oven. I would either be more gentle with take them out or crack the oven and turn it off the last 5 minutes of baking. Perhaps that may work.

They are too heavy. perhaps you have either used too much sugar, not creamed the ingredients together well enough or even curdled the mixture when adding the eggs. Be more delicate next time and they should be correct. Good luck

mixture is too soft. the mix should be what is called the dropping consistancy which is tested by filling a tablespoon with mix and holding it sidways over the bowl. count to three if the mix does not drop it is too stiff and more milk should be added if it drops before the count of three it is too soft add more flour.

I really like both fruits and fresh vegetables better, however they look and taste. You desire a little of both.

If perhaps it's a fruit they have seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.
