my mom is a sinlge mom.

and i have this thing with chasing them away. only if they arent right. one guy survived but later left her. so depending on how old the kids are...then my answer would be the kids.

but another possiblility. is showing that you arent scared to get involved in a relationship were their are kids.

showing compassion for the fact that she might have to leave a date early for her kid.

or

dealing with the fact that she is going to talk about them a lot because they are her life.

Ditto - Its' going to be learning to share time with the kids, and they usually come first. If he still has part time custody, its always having the jerk show up, but then also, there is the benefit of him having the kids on some weekends when you can have some time alone.

Welcome to the 21st Century - Denver, where I date and have fun is 65% single, with lots of single Mom's. Soon, you just have to resolve that statistically that is where you are going to be dating - women with kids.

The kids. they will more then likely dictate your time with her. I think if you don't have kids yourself take your time with her if things don't work in the end the kids get hurt too.

Being able to accept that you aren't the centre of her attentions... :D The child(ren) come(s) first... And you a distant second.... ;)

Show how much of a man you can be by accepting that...
