why do i find myself not trusting the men i date?how can i overcome the fear of being hurt again.?

You are very much like me. A guy cheated on me and I expect the same from every guy I date. You just have to let your guard down and try to trust the man you are dating. You have to think to yourself... If this man is worth dating, then he must be worth trusting. I have the same problem. And I never trust them 100%, but I try to give the a chance. You should do the same.

Sweetheart, you cut your risk of not getting hurt again by cutting your exposure to the new men you are porking for. Cupcakes, you hold off opening yourself till way later on in the relationship. Pumpkin, you give a bits of your self and small steps, kind of baby steps. Also, you could date(Nail) more than one guy at the time, this prevents you from being stuck with a bad apple. i completely understand how you feel. I've been hurt and its hard for me to trust men myself. All I can tell you is to take it slow and go with your gut instinct. Eventually once you get to know him and see his intentions for dating you are sincere, you will be able to trust him. Trusting someone again just takes time. Getting hurt does happen, but just take it slow.
