No, she's OK. There's a wide variation of normal.
Considering that she got her first teeth early, and also that's she's a girl (girls tend to have teeth before boys), then it's going to be fine.
BTW, the adult teeth will often appear slightly BEHIND the baby teeth.
Have a fun time with the tooth fairy!

No....you should expect to start losing primary teeth at around age 5. Everyone is different. Some are earlier some are later. The first two you should expect to be loose are the two bottom middle teeth. The next two will be the two upper middle teeth. From there they will work their way back. Usually they will get loose in pairs. If one is loose one one side the other side shouldn't be far behind. Usually by around age 12 you should have lost all of your baby teeth. The thing to worry about with the finger sucking is keeping the adult teeth from fully erupting or causing the upper teeth to 'flare' forward. Open-bite is usually what I see. Where when the teeth are closed together the upper & lower teeth leave an opening in the front. This needs braces to correct.

Actually she is doing great. Don;t worry. Kids start loosing their anterior upper and lower teeth around age 6. Some kids loose them earlier some a little later, nothing to be concerned about. In regards with her thumb sucking, that is a problem. That can cause malformation of her dentition, as well as cross bite. Because of her sucking the palate becomes very u shaped and anterior teeth become a little protruded outward. Visit your local dentist to make sure her jaw growing pattern is good. Hope this helps,

This is way too soon. The average age for shedding the first primary teeth is 6-7 years old. There are local and systemic conditions which can lead to early tooth loss. These conditions may include severe periodontal disease and metabolic disturbances.

I take care of kids ages 6-8, and most of them are just now losing their teeth or they've already lost a few. I wouldn't worry too much, although you really should push more of breaking the thumb sucking habit now.
Long term thumb sucking can narrow the top jaw slightly, requiring braces.

It seems very young, but perhaps your family has a history of losing teeth early, generally its about age 7 or 8. I would seriously ask your dentist to check her teeth. Just in case she may have fallen and loosened them.
