Eat lots of healthy foods. Also, eat fish. There is something in fish i think is called omega, and it gives you clear young looking skin. My grandma's diet is fish and vegetables and she looks great.

Eat a balanced diet but a lot of fruit and veg is best and not many fatty foods as they make your skin dull..

And the best thing is to drink A LOT of water. If you're not keen on water add a little bit of squash to it.

Healthy diet 5 serving of veg. 5 servings of fruit, nuts and seeds, Salmon and Chicken, whole grains.Diary products if you tolerate them and lots and lots of water. Avoid white flour and sugar. Fresh air and exercises, wear sun screen at all times, should make your skin health and clear. Happy New Year

Well, you definately need to eat foods that give you a lot of vitamins. If you dont have time to do all that stuff, you should go to store and get some vitamin tablets. Trust me, they aren't bad for you, they're actually very good for you. Other than vitamins, you should eat many MANY vegetables. Another way is to use a lot of scrubs and stuff. Eat a lot of green vegetables, they are supposed to have a LOT of vitamins.

well i dont know about the food but you should ALWAYS drink a lot of water. The water just gets rid of all of the toxins in your body. My nutritionist told me that and it really helped and cleared my skin. Just drink a lot of water. I mean that is not going to fully clear the problem but it will help. And it is good for you. =]

i don't know what to really eat i know you soudn't have any fatty food.

drink lots of green tea. not something like snapple. you can go to a natural store like whole foods and pick out what you like . if you don't have a whole foods near you try trader joe or anything natural. now about the green tea try a natural one. check the ingredients they say what is really in there. check for high frotuse corn syrup now that is really bad for that makes you look 10 years older
so no high frotuse corn syrup!!!!

A LOT of water, fruits, & non- greasy food. Such as a lot of fast food you shouldn't. Once in a while is fine.

okay, this is true , i know, ive been on this diet,
salmon , is excellent, steamed broccli, and cantalope, those are the key things to help your skin, and it makes it glow,
if you want t bronzeish color, you should eat things with carotin, like mangos, and carrots, also their good for your eyes
