I started playing golf about 2 years ago. I learned almost everything I know from Golf for Dummies. It is very descriptive yet easy to read. The book is easy to pick up and just read a couple of pages at a time. Also, in the back it has a glossary of golf "lingo" and other terms (extremely helpful). I also liked how it described which club to use for a certain yardage. Good Luck golfing!

I dunno what book. I just had lessons. I started young, as did my sis. She has read some books on golf, I dunno if they are good beginner books.
