You will need several people to help you wrap her up in a towel to immobilise the rest of her. Otherwise tuck her under you arm, put your finger on the side of her jaw and press gently (this will get her to open her mouth). Then put the tablet into her mouth, then hold her mouth closed gently for a moment until she has swallowed it. But if it is a big tablet, crush it and powder her food or water with it. Alternatively, hide it in a treat or favourite food and give it to her when she is off her guard. My cat has a compound open fracture of her left front paw and we need to give her tablets to stop infection in her wounds and stitches, so I understand reluctance. Ask if you can get it in syrup form, as then you can squirt it down her throat. It will also be so much easier and quicker if you establish a single method, then she will get used to it much faster. Ask the vet if there are other tablets she can take if she just refuses, because maybe there is something that she doesn't trust about them, in which case she will only take them if you force/ anaesthetise her.

Take the poor animal to a vet. She could have dislocated or broken her leg. The vet would be able to tell you what was wrong with the cat. If you cannot afford to pay the vet will tell you where to take her for people on low income. Do not waste time. Do it now.

if the leg is totally limp there's probably a nervous problem and vet help is definitely needed. check for feeling, if she's in pain it could be broken or dislocated, she may have knocked a nerve real bad, she may have had stroke. don't try and find out yourself, take her in to a vets and get her seen to.

Most vets have an out of hours service. Trying ringing a few and see what response you get. I hope you can find out whats wrong.

Get to a vet, it's probably broken. Also, check her paw for anything stuck in it.

If she has lost power the first thing I would do is check her batteries. She might need new ones. :) No seriously, take her to the vet.
