I recently joined a gym to lose weight and get in shape. I love walking on the treadmill but when I am finished, it takes me a minute to get my "sea-legs" back. Any suggestions?

stretch your legs in several different fashions lightly holding the stretch for 30 secs each...make up a routine...do it twice...your legs will feel better than brand new and it will compliment your treadgig

You might need to eat more complex carbs the day before your treadmill session! I know if i don't I get that sensation... but it goes away if the day before i had pasta or pizza (or both).

It also depends on your body type.

the more you excersize the less you will get this feeling, i still got it after 4 years in the military, but it goes away faster, only lasts a few mins
