When everything you do for that person becomes second nature, meaning you don't have to guess why your doing something for them or even with them. It all becomes a natural feeling and you actually enjoy it. Remember your love for someone is not measured by your thought, but by your heart. If you are confused it's because your brain and your heart have not came up with the same answer. Trust your heart!!!

You'll know if you really love a person if you can't seem to get them off of your mind...and everything reminds you of them. You'll constantly think of things you can do for them that will make their lives better and easier. Just the thought of them brings a ridiculous smile to your face. You will feel swimmy and funny inside. Music will mean more. You'll hear the same songs that you've always heard, but now they will mean more because you are in love and you can relate.

this person will be on your mind most of the time during the day...when you want to just hold hands without thinking of sex in any form or manner ,then its love,, if sex is foremost on your mind, then its lust and lust leads to a short term relationship
