No. Teasing, in the negative sense, is when you imply or suggestion through action or word that something is going to happen that isn't going to happen.
Just be very clear, loud and clear, right up front, about what isn't going to happen. And be loud and clear that no matter what has been explained, you have final say and the right to change your mind!
This is seriously something father's should be teaching their daughters! C'mon guys, get your act together. Man Law says we, as men, are protectors before we are predators!

Tease means you offer without "putting out". If he is "touching", he is getting a high and you are "putting out". Its not teasing, its swapping bodily fluids, and bacterial cultures.
If it significantly changes your internal and external microbiological flora and fauna then its "putting out" or "making out", and its not teasing.
Girl, what are you doing that for? Doing that stuff early just guarantees to your guy that after you are hooked up its okay for him to cheat. Its tacit permission. Why do you want your man to cheat on you? Thats like asking for a broken heart - not a good idea cause you just might get one.
