you can use any fruits you want really

the most common ones are oranges, lemons, limes, kiwi, apples, pineapples, grapes, watermillion, and many more

you can add sugar if you want to make it sweeter, but its not necessary, and then you can use water or some fruit punch or grape juice as a base. also add ice and alcohol as desired

Ponche de Frutas
Ingredients
3 oranges, juiced
3 lemons, juiced
1/2 lb. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 lb. plums, pitted and chopped into small bite-size pieces
1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped into small bite-size pieces
1 cup white sugar
4 cups strong brewed black tea (or bottled pre-made), chilled
4 cups crushed ice
Procedure
In a large punch bowl, combine orange juice, lemon juice, grapes, plums and pineapple. Stir in sugar. Pour in tea and crushed ice.

3 qt. orange juice
2 qt. pineapple juice
2 liters lemon-lime soda
1/2 cup grenadine syrup OR juice from 10 oz. jar maraschino cherries
4 cups ice cubes
1 med. orange - sliced
1 med. lemon - sliced
1 med. lime - sliced

-Combine juices, soda, and grenadine in a punch bowl.
-Add ice.
-Lay slices of fruit on ice to garnish.
