Depends on the guy.
Some guys who are NICE and are a good person would not care how you look.
Some guys who are RUDE and are stupid and mean will only care about your weight/look.
Trust me though, not very many guys go for the skinny girls. I am sooooooo thin and usually guys I know go for the girls that are more fuller and not thin.
But it is different everywhere you are. my advice to you is to not try to get fatter or skinnier (unless you really need to loose or gain weight). But if you are at a perfect weight then don't change for a guy. eventually they might dump you if it is not that seriouse.
Anyway overall thing. It depends on the guy. You probably should go out with guys that care about personality and not only weight.

I can't tell you the number of times us guys sit around at the club saying, "whoa, check out the personality on that one." Another favorite is, "hey, did you see the sense of humor on her? I gotta get me some of that."
Truth? The thing to remember about guys and girls is that we're not one-size-fits-all. Blanket statements don't work. As soon as you realize that and start dealing with the opposite sex on a case by case basis, you'll find that things go much more easily.
There's not only someone out there for you, there are a lot of someones. Happy hunting and play nice.

i think that sometimes guys have a mental block against big girls and also because of peer pressure and the influence of the media, they feel they need to go for skinny girls.
but of course personality is the ultimate factor, because no matter how skinny your girlfriend was, you wouldn't be happy with her if she was yelling at you every second of your relationship yup!

As a guy, and not such a good looking one, I know to look beyond the persons features, and accept them for themselves.

not so much weight as beauty. lots o big girls are beautiful. personailtys the main reason thou.
