In faithfully carrying out the prophetic work assigned to him by God, he had a strong influence on Israel's history, particularly as a result of his counseling and guiding righteous King Hezekiah. Many of Isaiah’s prophecies also have a larger fulfillment in the Messiah and his Kingdom. Isaiah’s book is referred to many times in the New Testament. In many instances the Christian writers make application of Isaiah’s prophecies to Jesus Christ or point to a fulfillment of his prophecies in their day.

I don't know of his accomplishments other than the fact that he was a prophet of God doing his job of prophesying. I do however that one of the greatest end time prophesy that was foretold by Isaiah was Isaiah 66:8, the rebirth of Israel "born in one day" which happened May 14Th, 1948. This is the most significant prophesy for believers because it marks the beginning of the end times.
