That's the bad thing about waxing yourself -- the anticipation will kill you! Get in the tub and soak the wax in baby oil. Take a very warm damp wash cloth and hold it on the area for a couple of minutes. The baby oil will help the wax to slide off your skin. You'll have to trim it from your hair with a little pair of scissors. Be careful not to cut yourself. If there's anyone there that can help you, let them. And the next time you decide you need a bikini wax, just make an appointment at a salon or day spa and let a professional do it!

Sit in a bath tub full of warm soapy water. Allow the strip to soften up and the wax should start to decinerate. Wait awhile then try slowly to remove the strip. If it does not come off easily...sit and wait some more and try again slowly. Repeat until the strip comes off. Immediatly dry the area and apply neosporin or some kind of antibiotic cream (make sure only on the area...to avoid a yeast infection).

Often times a wax set will come with oil to put on after you have finished waxing. Try using this oil to help the strip come off easier.

Okay! calm down! I have to do this every two weeks and that's what has happen to me before. Run some hot bath water. The go in the tub and wade in there for a few minutes until the wax starts to get slipery, then gently peal it off.

LOL My gf and I had fun with this very problem, the cold wax sheet just glued to her and did not take any hair off. When we got the sheet off lots of wax stayed behind and glued her legs shut.
Very funny for me but not for her, We were in Brazil and I had to get the dictionary out to decipher the instruction. It said clean excess off with oil. We only had cooking oil but off to the shower anyway and I gently rubbed the area with cooking oil and it all came free and washed away .
How we laughed after. So to the point ANY oil baby or cooking will free you. Better if your partner helps too.

Soak wash cloth in hot tap water and hold it there, that should be enough to soften the wax and wipe most of it away. Use baby oil, or any other oil you have on hand to gently clean off the remainder. When it's all off you might want to ice the area to ease the pain.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Don't know much about the things but here's an option.... try using something that will break down the adhesiveness i.e. a couple drops of dish soap (liquid). Is the strip the type that absorbs fluids? if so, this may help break it down. Can't say I've got alot of experience with those things, but good luck. ahhh... the price of hygine

unless the wax is too hot, it will not pull your skin off. Hold your skin taught and pull in the same direction as the hair grows or you will mess up your folicle and cause further damage.
