Chuck Liddell is without question an excellent fighter and I mean no disrespect with this statement, but in my opinion he can absolutely not be compared to Mirko in almost any aspect of MMA. Mirko is younger, bigger, stronger, faster, more athletical, a lot more technical, his boxing skills are significantly more advanced, his kicking is (as we all know) by far the best in this sport and his jiu jitsu skills and overall ground game are at this moment at considerably higher level then Chuck's as well. The only advantage that Liddell could possibly have over Mirko are his wrestling skills in my opinion, but basically to me he just seems like a smaller, weaker version of this man.
I don't know if you know this but Mirko is a UFC fighter now so there could be a slight chance of him fighting Chuck in the future. If this ever does happen, it will be completely one sided in my opinion and Mirko will finish him off within 5 minutes.

They aren't even in the same weight class. Chuck is a light heavy weight and Cro Cop is a heavy weight. For anyone that said Chuck Liddell is better knows nothing about MMA. Cro Cop is regarded as one of the best fighters around right now. Second only to Fedor Emelianko. For all you Chuck Liddell fans please check out Pride fighting and please check out Chucks fight with Quinton Jackson. Then answer this question again.

Cro Cop is the better fighter!
Cro Cop has fought against tougher opponents than Liddell.(Fedor, Nog, Silva, Sakuraba, Igor, Coleman, etc.)
Chuck keeps fightings the same people over and over. Randy 3x, Tito 2x, Jeremy Horn 2x, and Babalu 2x.
Here is a link to a Cro Cop highlight reel for you UFC fans who never heard of PRIDE or K-1. Looks more impressive to me against higher caliber opponents than Liddell.

I think Cro Cop. I saw him knock out a guy 100 lbs bigger than him by breaking his high cheek bone and made him cry. He's got more experience with other ultimate-fight-like competitions. I still love Liddell, tho, he's definetly the man. It'll be close, but Crop Cop will probably take it home.

For me its Chuck Liddell. I have heard that Cro Cop is one of the most feared man in ufc right now, the best in europe. I hope that this cro cop beats quinton rampage jackson, so that he doesn't fight chuck liddell. Anyways, Chuck Liddell and Cro Cop are different weight levels, Chuck is light heavyweight and cro cop is heavyweight, its like comparing oscar de la hoya with mike tyson.

Liddel has better skills. Great to see the Pride guys coming over. Cro cop was knocked out by Randleman who was beat by Liddel so they have a common opponent.
I want to see Liddell and Rampage part 2.

They're in different weight classes, but I think Cro Cop is better. I'm excited he's coming to the UFC.

Cro Cop. Chuck is good, but Cro Cop is the one that other fighters are really scared of. No matter how good you are, if you're gonna to fight Cro Cop, you're most likely gonna to need spend a night in hospital, even if you win! That show how dangerous Cro Cop is. I also believe he end few fighters' career or seriously hurt them in way that they never fully recovered from. Here's list of some most famous example:
Cro Cop vs Sapp under K-1 rule: Cro Cop punch Sapp's eye orbit so hard that it fractured his eye orbit. Sapp have never been so cocky and aggorant after that. His record prove this.
Cro Cop vs Wanderlei 1: It was a draw, but Wanderlei end up in hospital with fractured ribs that was so bad that you could see large purple mark around his ribs.
Cro Cop vs Igor in: Cro Cop KOed Igor and Igor has never been the same fighter ever since.
Cro Cop vs Sakuraba: Not sure how Cro Cop won, but Saku end up with broken ribs and fractured eye orbit.
Cro Cop vs Heath Herring: Cro Cop kick Heath in side so hard that large mark similar to one Wanderlei have shown up immidately. Heath lose by TKO.
Cro Cop vs Nogueria: Nog won the match and end up in hospital with broken wrist, ribs, and a consicous.
Cro Cop vs Fedor: Cro Cop lose, but Fedor look like he was in a car crash.
Cro Cop vs Yoshida: Yoshida tried to block Cro Cop's kick to leg and fractured his shin.
Cro Cop vs Wanderlei 2: Wanderlei's eye was swollen shut and he got kicked in head so hard that he has to be helped back so he can be rushed off to hospital.
Now let look what Chuck have done;
So far I know Chuck have broken Vernon White's eye orbit. That's pretty much it beside lot of KO which fighters got up from and went home that night.
So if you have to fight against one of them, who would you perfer to fight? I definitely would rather to fight Chuck because at least I know the risk of get mangled is lower.

Tito and his loyal fans had no doubt at all that Tito was going to win. Tito himself said he guaranteed he was going to knock out Chuck. So I think all of you armchair MMA fighters should wait and see what happens if they ever change weight classes and fight against each other.
