You are getting results the problem is that you are not accounting for your diet. You need to cut down on the carbs and salt to get a six pack. Cut down on your salt as much as possible, get rid of all the junk food and processed food. Avoid eating anything that is sweet, unless it is an artificial flavoring like nutrasweet. Eliminate or at least cut down on the bread, the pasta, fruits, and carrots. Get rid of or reduce the fats, no more burgers or frys, or pizza, or any other fast food, avoid fried food, eat grilled and steamed meats and vegetables except carrots. Avoid fat in your feets like the fat on your meats and the sking on chicken and turkey. No regular sodas and no sugar at all. Do aerobics every day or run every day and keep doing about 100 sit ups a day. You will burn all the extra carbs and start buring the excess fat. In about three months you will start to develop a six pac. It is just a matter of getting rid of the fat on your body.

Perhaps try isometric (I think that's the word) exercises. It's where you flex the muscles without doing anything but flexing them. So you can sit in a chair at work, and maybe every 10 minutes do 20 reps of flexing/relaxing your abdominal muscles.
Just don't flex too hard. You might fart.

you already have abs..
you just need to get them to show
what you need is good cardio aerobic excercise: running would be great as would biking.
Martial arts or any sports for that.
You need to burn that layer of fat off of your stomach that's all. You could never workout your abs and just be a skinny guy and have definition
oh ya and another tip which will actually improve you life span
only eat enough calories to get by.. so that your constantly burning most of what you eat.

This is always a funny question to me... Here is the BOTTOM line.. Loose weight if you want to see your ab results.. You can do sit ups to the moon but if your overweight you will only have a strong big gut. Run!! Run!! Run!!

but it is always best to follow the thing that works best for u ...
it also depends on ur weight
if u have a big stomach it may be harder to do crunches and it may be harder to do most of the things....
you should probably follow the things u do now
eventually all of ur work will pay of

go to the gym, if you can. Take the thing that you pull on that attaches to weights (nautilus), in your hands, face away from the weights and pull forward. tahs triceps; for abs. lay on a ball with the ball on your lower back, still facing away from the weights, hold the rope and sit up. its a modified, more ifficeint sit up on a ball.

Yes but it requires a girlfriend. In your case I think a new bowflex would be cheaper.
