most of this pizza is made after it is fully cooked - at least in the recipe I make.
Make/buy pizza dough - I love the pizza dough recipe on food network.com
brown ground beef, pork, turkey, meat or choice - add taco seasoning mix, and 1/3 cup water, cook until all water is evaporated
press out dough onto pizza stone - the best way to cook a pizza, add picante sauce to top of dough, top with meat mixture
cook until dough is golden brown - 400 degrees for about 10-15 minutes
top with shredded lettuce, finely shredded onion, shredded cheddar, or taco seasoned cheese, jalapenos optional, black olives, chopped tomatoes, additional picante optional., sour cream. Add these once the pizza is finished cooking in what ever order you choose

I used to work at a pizza place, and we made a taco pizza that everyone loved. Instead of using refried beans for the 'sauce' like most did, we used regular sauce/cheese, added ground beef, more cheese, and then cooked it. We then added crushed chips, lettuce, olives, sour cream, and tomato.
