why is this so? why havent i got my citizenship yet? i am under 18 and my brother who is over 18 has already gotten his citizenship letter back! how long does it take?

Have patience. INS is a slow going process. You can check on the status of your case and see where it is in the process.

3 months is not long long considering the numbers of forms that they handle. Immigration is trying to be more careful due to political pressure. Have your parents call & check to be sure they have the right forms.
