Something is wrong with your blood clotting system.
Even if you blame the nose bleeds on picking your nose or living in a very dry environment, nobody should have lots of bruises on their body. When you write that you have noticed the bruises I assume that you have no explanation for them (accidents, fights...).
As mentioned by others: you have to go to a physician to get it diagnosed. Not to scare you but the worst-case scenarios include hemophilia and leukemia type conditions.

I am very good at these things, as I am well-read in the practice of medicine, but I may be wrong. Make sure to see a doctor.
It is obviously concerned with problems in the blood or the bloodflow. I can think of one scary possiblity. Though both are unlikely, you never know. The diagnosis of such things should come at an early age; hopefuly you are at least in you teens and hopefully younger:
Lupus
Lupus can be triggered
·at puberty ·during the menopause
·after childbirth ·after viral infection
·through sunlight ·as a result of trauma
·after a prolonged course of medication
The symptoms:
-extreme fatigue -joint/muscle pain
-eye problems -depression
-mouth ulcers -facial or other rashes
-miscarriage -hair loss
-anaemia -fever
-possible involvement of the kidneys, heart, lungs & brain
This is very unlikely, expecially if you are male; 90% of the people who have it are female and it only slightly relates to your symptoms. Make sure to look into it.
It would not be high blood pressure, as that has no symptoms. Don't listen to the people who say that.
More than anything, however, I reccomend a doctor. I am not too skilled at these things. It is probably just anemia and you should see your doctor about taking supplements.

It could be several things, including diabetes or anemia. If you're bleeding that much, you probably ought to go see a doctor.
Good luck!

possibly anemic...high blood pressure,...and lack of vitamin C.....you should go to a doctor,...are you picking at your nose? not to be rude, but if it is dry or you are blowing it a lot, that will also cause it...best to go to the doc and let him check you out...I pray you are alright, sweetie,...and Happy New Year..
