use very low heat and a tight lid. turn it on low and put the lid on. wait for 5 min for the heat to even out. good luck! yo umight have to flip them try just a few at a time so mistakes can be eaten... have fun experimenting!

I'm sure that your "creation" would cook, but I'm not sure if they'd still be called cookies. Heck, give it a try maybe you'll invent something new!
