I think black is the most important. If you are marking people for life with permanent tattoos i think you need to get a bit more professional kit rather than one with only 5 colors.. oh and ps.. colors blend and mix to make other colors...didnt that teach you that in art school?

The best colour for tattoos is BLACK as it dosen't fade. The next best colours are blue, red and green. Yellow and orange aren't good ideas as they fade a lot, but brown is okay as long as it's not for defining edges, this looks a bit scruffy. Whit is good on most shades of skin, but again fades easily. I've never seen or heard of purple on a tattoo so I can't help you with that one!

colors you don't want ( that fade fast) Pink / Blue/green/yellow
they are the fastest fading colors also the key is to go as deep as possibl without marred the skin of the tat
and don't forget to tell ppl to use 50+ sun block on there tats after the alloted healing time of course
it will lessen the tat fading

Black obviously fades the least but if your talking colours, Then it has probably got to be purples, greens, reds and blues. But it depends on the type of ink you get really.
There are some great suppliers out there you just gotta check them out. Check this one out. It's used by some of the most talented artists out there.

you can buy new colors, or mix the ones you currently have. you need to practice a lot though.
red isn't very good for tattoos, because they have the tenancy to bleed and fade over time.

i think you should have a variety of color. and go for good ink. cheap ink makes a difference in tattoos. i think my artist uses eternal and i think he has about 80 or so bottles of ink that he uses. don't skimp on the colors.

who cares what colours it has, since you obviously have no idea what your doing just use all of them at the same time. ur going to scar people for life anyways without any proper training. i pity the poor friends you disfigure in your ignorance.
