Usually when someone has too much sleep..or sleeps too late..they do feel unenergized and like crap.SO yeah..it is normal. Either that or your getting sick.

It can be. I know when I get too much sleep then I feel very sleep when I do wake up as opposed to get 6-8 hours of sleep.

You would have to put it into more detail than "I feel like crap". I feel like crap almost everyday. You have to describe this crap.
Is it pain? Achiness, etc?
Have you been sick recently?
How long has this been going on?

You have to give us a little more info (besides that no alcohol was involved) to make an educated guess.
This could be anything from a drug hangover (there are drugs besides alcohol) to stomach ulcer to diabetes to acute appendicitis, stomach flu, food poisoning, "female type" problems...

Did you go to bed late? Usually if you go to bed late at night and wake up late in the day, your feel gross. I know that I do on the weekends when I don't have school.

well if you mean you were taking a nap then yes its its normal because you usually feel tired and crappy after a afternoon nap.
