......so in other words, your windows is illegal and will not AUTHENTICATE therefore not allowing you to download it... yes, how sad it is, indeed... :-)
Do I get 10 points if I tell ya how??? ahhahaahah do i hear a yes?
I think I do.....
If yourWindows XP does not authenticate and you would like to install Windows Media Player 11, follow the steps below.
I've updated this post with 3 methods on installing Windows Media Player 11 final on a pirated Windows. Please try method 1 first, and if it doesn't work, then try method 2 and so on.
Method 1:
1. Download and extract (unrar, unzip) wmp11-windowsxp-x86-enu.exe to a new folder
2. RUN wmfdist11.exe
3. RESTART your COMPUTER
4. RUN wmp11.exe
5. RESTART your COMPUTER
Download file here:

Uh... my 10 points please?

I assume you know that Media Player also talks to Microsoft ??
(it has to, to get the DRM 'keys' for your copy protected music before it will allow it to play on your PC).
