If you can, make them clean it up. Then consider restrictions for using the room.

It was a public bathroom. Some people have no respect. The most I think you could do is refuse service to the public for the restroom since its a Convenience Center and not a restaurant. You could demand the person clean it, but the chances of finding the person who actually did (unless you where guarding the bathroom and checking after each use) is probably zero. Unfortunately the person who is in charge of keeping the bathroom clean will have to deal with it. This is also one of the costs of doing business with the public as disgusting as people can be..

Das ist ein messy toilet,in any language!Call the Health Department quickly.Send the person that did this, to go to the Outhouse. -:)

Hand them the disinfectant, a brush and some paper towels and let them know that you don`t appreciate it.
