Is there a mod kit to add a line out from an Epi Jr so I can use it as a sort of distortion unit?

I've seen other mod kits,but I just want to be able to use the Epi Valve Jr combo as a sort of distortion unit

I'd just open it up and add a high level (speaker level) to line level converter like this one : http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00094JTAY/
That's stereo for two speakers but you only have to use the one side of it or you could bridge it, too.

I'd probably add a switch too so I could shut off the speaker and just use the line out if I wanted.
