well, My stomach really use to hurt (2 days ago) and it hurt in the bottom right (around navel and above right hip bone) and i vomited twice, so i thought it was appendictis, but i took some medication (Gas-X and gravol) and in the morning it felt better, but now only after i eat chinese food and Dairy products it gradually starts to hurt when i breathe, or i take a step. THIS IS THE VERY DESCRIPTIVE PART++++++ my stools arnt very solid (not dierhea) (sp?) and not black, blood was found only once and wasnt during cycle. I dont have any pain at this moment but i dont want to eat (complete loss of appitite, i force myself to eat). i think i might have an ulcer or appendicitus, or possibly could i be lactose intolerant? please could anyone help? should i see a doctor?

By all means get to your doctor. I am not a doctor but if you suspect an ulcer get your blood tested for what is called "halo bacteria" spelling might not be correct . This is what often is the cause of ulcers and can be easily treated with anti biotics. It could also be a gall bladder attack , this will show up after eating a food with fat in it, causing the gall bladder to go into spasm as it tries to secrete bile to dissolve the fat but cannot due to tiny gall stones blocking the passage out. Get your diagnosis from your doctor......good luck.

I have an ulcer and they are usually caused by Family problems. My parents are divorced. They divorced when I was 8.They can be caused by other depressing things happening. There is a way to find out if you have one,see a doctor. That's how I found out, and sometimes they can be so bad you have to undergo surgery. When I had the problems the first time,I didn't want to eat either but I got so hungry my doctor said it was dangerous not to eat. So, you actually shouldn't have to force yourself to eat. Not eating while you have an ulcer may make you have more pain, and may make you vomit. I hope you feel better.

It's not lactose intolerance (I'm lactose intolerant, and this isn't it). Blood in your stools, if red or bright red, is superficial and probably due more to a tear on the way out.

It could be a gastric reflux problem, or just due to stress. Stress can cause the symptoms you describe, if you feel you're under stress. Your doctor can help you with it.

This sounds like a case of stress. changing each and every thing in college is sufficient to make all and sundry worried. oftentimes with a abdomen ulcer, you awaken interior the morning with a terrible heavy soreness on your abdomen that gets extra helpful once you consume. try something like Tums (i admire the fruit flavored) to maintain you abdomen feeling extra helpful and when you get utilized on your new schedule you will experience extra helpful. sturdy luck.
