I have Windows XP sp 2 and a gateway laptop

NO..... The download will not be fast enough to feed the CD burn and an error will result. You must save the file to the computer first, then burn it.

You would have to do this by either using the burner built into windows (right click on whatever and send to drive)

Or use a burning software like Nero

There is no automatic burning software that does that

You will have to pick the option of the target drive (CD/DVD location). All things go directly to the hard drive unless you specify otherwise.
