well see im into weightlifting and i was wondering should i be eatting sweets or somtimes maybe once a while. such as gram crackers or ice cream or somthing someone please advise me..

In moderation you can eat poorly once in a while. Many body building schedule a "cheat day" once a week or once every other week, where they will not eat as cleanly as they do the other days of the week.

Depending on the phase of your workout you can get away with more. Obviously, during the cutting phase when you are trying to burn fat, you can't get away with much. But during the bulking phase you can toss in a little junk food here and there. And, if you are using creatine you do hit yourself with that insulin boost right after your workout, so that can be something to look forward to on your workout days.
