For breakfast i usually have 2 rice cakes with a bit of crunchy peanut butter on them. the rice cakes are 30 calories each(shop rite brand) and the serving for the peanut butter (which i dont quite have ) is 190 calories and 16g of fat for 2 table spoons. I used to have 2 brown cinnamon sugar pop tarts but that is like....420 calories and 80 something carbs.
Thank you :)

It's definately healthier than the pop tarts which are basically junk food and full of sugar.

Peanut butter is good for you in small amounts. The fat in Peanut Butter is not harmful in small amounts. I'd ditch the rice cakes and have something else. Rice cakes have a high GI which means you get hungry very quickly. Have something else like a slice of wholemeal bread (full of fibre) or Ryvita.

Thats good. Switch to reduced fat Peanut Butter. I like Jiff's brand. Also, consider putting some fruit on top of that! Like sliced banana or mango or your favorite fruit. Then you'll feel more full. Don't be afraid to have other things for breakfast though. Like a light whole wheat bagel with light cream cheese topped with tomatoes. Of course those are all vegetarian, but you could also make an omelet with an egg and an egg white and whole grain toast, topped with veggies. If you want jelly, get the "no sugar added" kind.

Sounds like the rice cakes with peanut butter are a much healthier choice than the pop tarts. Nothing wrong with that as a meal. With something like that, maybe round it out with some fruit.

Oh yeah, two rice cakes is great for you with the peanut butter. Way better than the calorie fest you used to eat.

Yes, that is much better than 2 pop-tarts. But still not enough calories for breakfast. Add some fruit to that--whole fruit---not juice.
