First you need to speak Spanish, er, I mean Mexican so when you catch them you can communicate with them.

If pedro and his 7 brothers and 8 sisters all have the same name you notify your supervisor. This is usually when they cash under the table checks given to them by some jerk that hires illegals.

The purpose of security at a retail store is to prevent losses to the store from theft or mischief. They have no duty to protect the customers from identity theft but I think most of them would contact the police if they saw it openly going on.

Store security is there to protect the store from shoplifters. The have not legal duty to you at all. If someone was kidnapping you, no law requires them to do anything. From a PR standpoint, they would probably try to help, but they have no DUTY.

None...we try to prevent people form using fake CC's and alternate ID's as a side job out of courtesy, but the others are correct. We tackle shoplifters and arrest dishonest employees not much more. Sorry
