PetSmart doesn't sell dogs. It's their policy.

Please don't purchase dogs from large pet chains. Do some reading on puppy mills to know what you're getting into when you purchase a dog that has been raised in this environment. If it's an adoption from a local shelter that is using PetsMart as exposure, good for you!! You just saved a dog's life.

If its at PetSmart its a rescue dog, and it should be something like a 50 to 150 dollar donation to the animal rescue it came from.

If you are buying a purebred, be ready to pay some money out. I think it cost my parents like 6-8 hundred here in wisconsin, but it is the best dog in the world.

The petsmart stores that I have been in do not sell pups altho they do work with rescue groups to adopt out pets. Never buy a pup from a pet store,

Petsmart does not sell purebred dogs, although they do hold adoptions for animal rescue groups. Never, ever buy a dog from a petstore (I'm not talking about adoptions here) - they come from puppy mills and irresponsible breeders!

Why would you buy a dog from a petstore? Have you done your puppy research? Obviously not.

If its for adoption then check with the shelter doing it.

If its for sale...just pass it up. It will probably have tons of problems

ummm, go to your petsmart and find out; be warned, it is going to cost you at petsmart. you should try your local animal shelter instead and find an adorable puppy that needs a home
