I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

If you drink a glass of water before meals it will help you to eat less. A lot of the time we think we are hungry when we are thirsty.
there's no point in drinking a 'lot' of water though. The reccomended amount is enough. I think 1ltr a day but you better check that. If you have a big body it might be more. Water is always good and will help you lose weight but don't over do it.
and get advise from slim people not fat people.

Hi curbyoure!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
I'm not an expert diet myself, so you know I also need to loose about 40 lbs. But, loosing weight not only consist of drinking a lot of water!!!

Because is not recommended to drink a lot of water, without warching your calories intake.
I was weighing 125 about 2 yrs. ago. Then after an accident and dealing with pain killers, and depresion I went up to 200+!!!

I commited myself to take control of my mind first then my body. And I didn't mention my soul, because in that aspect I'm extremely clear!!!

I suggest you start slow, because if you do it drstially, you will deprive yourself, and quickly will be back to square one.

For starters try to avoid, fat in any form, all sugars , and carbohydrates. That doesn't mean you can't have any. In fact you need some specially when you start a diet!!!

The reason for drinking a lot of water is because, it serves as a cleanning system, to eliminate the toxic that the body doesn't need. Everyone should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

O.K., so when you are eating healthy food, a lot of vegetables, sepecially greens, you already are avoiding sugars, in soda, candy, desserts, and in products where sugar is present
and you feel much better.............,

Then you start, slowly but sure, to exercise yourself, at your own pace, without hurting. Start walking few blocks a day, then prgress as you will feel more comfotable, pick- up the pace to the point, where it makes you swet!!!

Gradually, your body will be gatting use to this new regimen, and it will become easier and easier to mantain it. As everybody knows, at the begginging everything is difficult until your body and your mind get use to it.

Oh yes, taking about the mind. It plays an extremely important roll, keep yourself away from negativism, train your mind at the same time your as your body!!!!

One can NOT funtion without the other!!! And once you are in tune body with mind, you will se those pounds coming off, very quickly. DO NOT, deprive yourself of anything, just learn how to eat everything you like, but in much small quantities!!!

Something else that is so important is avoid eating after 6:00 P.M. or at least 4 hrs. before you go to bed. This way you will digest your food and also will burn some calories.

That actually is a common mistake, people do. Some people don't really eat that much, but what ever they eat, is late enough for they to go to rest or sleep without, digesting or burning anything!!! So the food is stored on the bodies as fat.

And last but NOT least, while you are doing all this which is not an easy task, I suggst you exercise your faith as well!!! This is "A PLUS", because we all need all the help we can get when dieting. Trust me is the easiest, way to loose not only weight, grudges, actitudes, depression, lowself esteem and stress but one also looses, the feeling of being frustrated when
going "SHOPPING" for those bargains!!!!

So don't wait another minute!!! Start right now, no need to count calories if you do what I just suggested here. The real secret is eat everything you like, but in small amounts. This will become a habit, you'll be proud to have!!!!

GOD BLESS YOU, & go have fun eat small bites while having a HAPPY NEW YEAR & also a HAPPY NEW LIFE!!!!

drinking water every day is good . but you also have to eat plenty of fruits and eat all the vegetables you like cooked, or raw. eat fish a couple times a week . need to eat small potions of meat, for protein. cut down on bread, potatoes, rice, . cutting down on sugar is a good way of losing weight, also pop., and chips. the best way is to cut down your portions , instead of using a plate use a small bread plate, but eat more often during the day. drink juices , eg. orange with pulp 100% because there is less sugar, buy label-es that are marked LIGHT, IN CHEESE, ETC. milk. get a book at the libaray, or the internet on low calorie diets receipts.
take fat off , fom chicken and buy lean meat as much as possible. fruit bar for breakfast, and yogurt. good luck

Yes at first, but then you will start gaining weight ( this happended to me) because your body is retaining more water than it should be. Start out slow, a few bottles a day, and each week increase. My trainer said if you start drinking a lot right away its not good for you,

If its in place of sugary drinks or milky ones then it will help. It can also reduce your hunger but don't over do things. You have to eat properly too and drinking excessive water can cause electolite problems.

Nope. That's a lie that fitness professionals tell you when you complain that you aren't losing weight on their diet/exercise plan. Must be because you don't drink enough water. Couldn't be their plan doesn't work!

Yes, it's very healthy. You'll also be using the restroom more often until your body adjust to the increase intake of water.
