You can help to stop such discrimination. Report anyone you suspect of being in the country illegally.

If it's brown and speaks broken English, report him/her here:

It would depend on whether or not the IRS had information showing that the illegal family was earning wages but not paying taxes. If the employer of the citizen family was reporting the wages to the IRS but the illegals were being paid under the table then no, it wouldn't be discrimination.

The IRS would go after the illegals. One, they lack the resources the fight the case. The government recently quit going after affluent tax payers because they have the resources to fight, poor people can't fight the IRS. Simple as that. It wouldn't matter, the IRS has so much information on both of these people, considering they are tenatns or homeowners, they would get them both. They live clsoe together, implying they are of similar income, both of them would go down.

Probably not because the poor fools that are paying taxes are probably white and you cannot discriminate against the whites, they are not protected classes. Why do you think SSI is failing? It's not because of the old people, it's because illegals are collecting from the SSI bucket cause their kids "act up" and are declared ADD. This is the truth, just go into a SSI office sometime, you'll think you're in the welfare building.

If the IRS only goes after the legal family, it's likely because the illegal one has not been reported-yet. If it was reported, you can bet the IRS would be on them. You know how it is- when they owe you, it takes 6-8 weeks to get your money. When you owe them- they want it NOW.

Sure, but while the IRS goes after tax cheats, it's the I-N-S that goes after CITIZEN cheats!

Go get 'em!

NO
just because one does not get charged does not mean it is discrimination. Could be that one was caught and the other was not, doesnt mean that prosecution will not follow for the second family.
And the fines will be more costly due to the added penalties.

(by the way, if these are your neighbors, you need to move)
