Hi there,
The car redg period runs from 1st March to 31st August in any year to date. So 07 will be released March 1st 2007 and 57 released Sept 1st 2007.

It's stupid, it should be January 1st as that is the start of 07.

They become road legal on 1 st March. however you could buy them in advance from the 15th of Dec.
